Payment
Very soon each participant will receive an e-mail with the information about his/her accomodation fee and wire-transfer details.

Please note that the payments have to be done in Polish currency PLN and free of bank charges for the recipient. You are kindly asked to bear all transfer fees. The deadline for transferring the accommodation fee is March 31, 2019.

Let us inform you that the conference fee is 580 PLN for a participant and 480 PLN for an accompanying person. It is nonrefundable and should be paid not later than April 30, 2019.

Registration
The deadline for the final registration is March 24, 2019.

Submission of Abstract
The deadline of the submission of abstracts is April 30, 2019.
